  • All orders will be processed within 2-4 business days after payment is received.
  • We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • We offer two shipping options: standard and expedited:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 6-12 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.
  • Please note that the above times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping service.

3. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, and Malaysia only.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders over $39. For orders under $39, a shipping fee of $8 applies.
  • Expedited Shipping: A shipping fee of $16 applies for expedited shipping.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain situations (such as severe weather, customs inspections, etc.) may cause delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

7. Returns and Refusals

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. If a package is lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any associated costs.
  • If a package is refused or returned due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the related shipping fees.
