Refund policy

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back to us without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please record a video of the unboxing when you receive your order. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and send the recorded video to us so we can evaluate the issue and address it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Discounted items or gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
